The All-Safe Program consists of the following major milestones, which drive development of a safety culture:
Safety Audit Process
The Safety Audit is performed by subject matter experts through on-site inspection and client
documentation/records review. Consultants analyze and compile all of the photos, data, and other information gathered
during the audit to produce the Safety Audit Report.
Safety Audit Report
The Safety Audit Report acts as a checklist for clients to begin correcting issues. Each issue record contains the observed condition or issue, recommendations for correction, the standard or regulation it may violate, and a photo that references the issue. AgriSphere consultants meet with client stakeholders to review, interpret, and create action
All-Safe Program Phase 1: Design
AgriSphere’s consultants work with client stakeholders to identify policies, procedures, and training that matches their
All-Safe Program Phase 2: Create
AgriSphere maintains best practice documents that comprehensively cover safety in the grain industry – these documents are
customized to include terminology specific to clients’ organizations, as well as photos/videos of clients’
facilities, to ensure the content has direct meaning for employees.
All-Safe Program Phase 3: Implement
AgriSphere consultants work with client stakeholders, managers, and personnel to learn their new All-Safe Program – this
includes training on the content, how to use the Client Portal and Training Center, and how to
continually administer and enforce their new solution.
